Madonia Brothers Bakery is an old-school, family-run Italian bakery on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, known for fresh breads, cannolis, cookies, and other pastries. Third generation baker Jason Lalima shows us how he makes olive bread — his father’s legacy, and the shop’s most famous item — from scratch.
