Hi... how're you doing?
I know it’s kinda late, but I want to share this autumn foliage with all of you.
This time, we decided to enjoy the peak of autumn by visiting Kurobe Gorge.
Kurobe Gorge located in Toyama Prefecture is a beautiful, forested ravine in the rugged mountains of the Northern Japan Alps.
The main attraction of the gorge is the railway with a sightseeing “torokko” train originally built to aid the construction of the Kurobe Dam.
Away from the city, being surrounded by high mountains, beautiful river and lake, Kurobe Gorge has a lot of view points.
Somehow, the scenery gave me an unexplainable feeling of longing.
Longing for a place I've never been to...
I would stay there forever if I could...
Coming from a tropical country, I didn't experience autumn
until I moved to Japan five years ago. Autumn immediately became my favourite season.
It's so glorious to watch all the different trees start fading into many brilliant arrays of red, oranges, and yellows.
