For most people, dragon boating can look pretty intimidating. But great-grandmother Frederika Guggolz makes it look easy. At 80 years of age, she puts couch potatoes to shame. Keeping up with her younger team mates at 62 strokes a minute, and more. Frederika is very modest. All it takes, she says, is the will and a good trainer. And the belief that age is just an arbitrary number.
