AKITA INU - How A Typical Walk With A Japanese Akita Looks Like | Walkies With My Dog Yuki | 秋田犬

Japanese Akitas are smart, energetic and strong dogs that need mental and physical exercise every day. This dog breed generally prefers long and relaxed walks, and therefore at least two long walks a day are highly recommended.

This video shows how a typical afternoon walk with Yuki looks like. Although we have a garden with a lot of space, we walk him 3 times a day for about 30 minutes per walk. We always have to wait for him, because he is very picky about where to pee and often has to double check his peeing spots. This is typical Akita!
