As mentioned in the intro, the creator 15 reminds me a lot of the modern 15, although a tad thicker and heavier.

Weighing in at 4.1 Lbs and at a thickness of 0.72 inches thick.

The 99Wh battery should give you roughly 5 - 6 hours of web browsing battery life and 3 - 4 hours of design and video editing battery life.

It comes in an all-aluminum chassis, with soft-touch keys on the keyboard deck and plastic bezel surrounding the screen. Regarding the Keyboard and trackpad here is a quick noise test.

According to my tests the Creator 15 with the FHD display can reach 352 nits at full screen brightness and has a color gamut range of 100% sRGB - 81% Adobe RGB - 82% DCI-P3 at an average Delta-E rating 0f 8.41. Being that this is MSI’s creator Workstation I am a little disappointed by the absence of 100% Adobe RGB and a pretty high Delta E rating.

This is an area that MSI does have an alternative for you. If you get the 4k variant you will tap into an increased color gamut range of 100% Adobe RGB, A Delta of less than 2, and a screen brightness of around 400 nits.

The MSI Creator 15 is a beast of a laptop. The 1080p model has good color gamut range and the 4k variant has great. The Laptop is all aluminum, crushes the benchmark tests, and has a very sturdy high configuration. But I will point out some drawbacks that should be considered.

The MSI Creator 15 gets HOTTER than the average creator focused laptop, the trackpad is a little on the clunky side, and that front plastic bezel on the keyboard deck could be an area of concern when owning it for a long time. If these are not deal breakers for you, I know that the MSI Creator will give you amazing performance so you can get those jobs in the books.
