We might have bought TOO MUCH at CHEAPEST MARKET IN UKRAINE for HANDMADE GOODS

This was such an amazing local market experience. If you are looking for where to buy handmade goods or shopping for beautiful embroidered clothing in Ukraine, we definitely found the best locals market in Ukraine. At first we thought it was where vendors come to buy local made goods to sell all over Ukraine, which there is some of that, but predominantly this market is for local Ukrainians to buy amazing handmade goods from other locals. How great is that!! This market was totally worth getting up before sunrise and the crazy bumpy hour an a half bus ride to get there. This town is out there and the closest big town/city is Kolomyja. This local market is only on Saturday mornings from 4am-11am and the first bus from Kolomyja to Kosiv left at 6:45am (without coronavirus there is usually a 6:15am bus). We got there when this market was in full swing and it felt like a sprint trying to see it all and buy some beautiful amazing wool blankets to send home to America. We don’t normally buy a lot of souvenirs as we travel but we wanted to have some things from Yevhen’s home country. The handmade wool products and embroidered clothing were the most impressive we have ever seen. This is the best handmade market we have ever been to. Honestly, it was a crazy day but we owe all our success to the best bus driver ever. He saved the day! We couldn’t have done this day with out him!
