South Sudan declares outbreak of conjunctivitis in southern region

The Minister of Health in South Sudan says conjunctivitis was first detected among travelers from neighboring Uganda. At least 382 suspected cases have been screened and managed, with over 290 cases detected at the Nimule point of entry. More cases are being reported in the nation's capital, Juba.
