Dmitri Donskoi - The All-round Cruiser

The Donkey has been quite requested as I haven't featured it since January. It's still a very strong ship that fulfills many of the needed cruiser roles, consistent DPM, good AP, great AA and strong radar. As usual you can find my recommended build at the end.
