Deviously Clever Mechanical Fraud On A 2003 F-250 Powerstroke Diesel

In order to hide the EGR cooler (http://amzn.to/2Cbi05S), oil cooler, or head gasket failure on this 2003 Ford F-250 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel a mechanic modified the coolant reservoir (http://amzn.to/2zxUHNV) by plugging all the ports with RTV Silicone. This prevented the oil polluted coolant from flowing into the reservoir and being readily seen. A deviously clever hack if ever there was one.
