Do not say any of these 7 things when buying a house.

If you feel you have to say something make sure to tell your Realtor outside or in the car.

1. Anything negative
Don't say anything negative to a homeowner. Whether you like the house you don't like the house. It just does NOT do any good.

2. I love your home - This is my dream home
Don't play your hand to the homeowners. There is nothing wrong with telling someone they have a nice home, but don't let them know it's your dream home. If you do, they may try to get more money out of you.

3. Do you like living here
A lot of home buyers ask this question when viewing homes. I don't think this is a good idea in case they are the problem neighbor.

4. Your price is too high
If you like the home and end up making a lower offer, you make have just SHOT yourself in the foot. It's their home and they can price it at whatever they want. Whether WE agree on the price or not.

5. Will you include…
Look in the MLS printout your Realtor gives you, ask your Realtor to find out or just write the stuff you want in the purchase offer

6. How much will you take for your home
Can you say AWKWARD? Don't do this!

7. Your moving situation
When talking to a seller, it's better to do a like more listening, then talking.

Don't say any of these 7 things directly to the homeowner or within hearing distance when you are looking a buying a house.
