I randomly ended up at a house in Eastern Samar cooking and eating different local Filipino snacks... AWESOME!
This is a long and simple video about a day Kumar and I spent with the Fuentes family in Borongan City. We ended up eating pancakes made with coconut wine, drinking coconut wine, and actually cooking their local style moron called "Bakintol". This Filipino family was absolutely wonderful, and I love how everywhere you go in the Philippines local snacks and foods change...
In this case, the "bakintol" was moron but with a little different preparation!
