SEA LEECHES you can COOK and EAT in the Philippines!

Hunting, cooking, and eating things in the Philippines is always a unique and fun experience. But in Borongan City they have the strangest "alien looking" leeches that are not just strange and weird... BUT CREEPY!

They are called "Tarukog", and they are not aliens, but armored sea leeches that cling to rocks in low tide. Strange, Weird, Creepy... but you can eat them! In this video you will see us hunting tarukog, and then cooking them adobo and kinilaw style! It was such a strange experience cleaning them, and so creepy looking at them...

What a unique Filipino Food... ALIEN FOOD! :)
