Just practicing some footwork, and basic reaction counters for kumite, plus some combinations utilizing the lead leg feint kick. The Kumite techniques here are very important in Shotokan and all karate styles. I utilize karate footwork, karate punches and karate kicks to help beat my opponent. In wkf karate JKA karate jks karate they all use similar point style sparring technique. The most common technique are kizami zuki and gyaku zuki. Often times in karate kicks are utilized as well the most common karate kicks in Kumite are ura Mawashi geri and Mae geri keage, although sometimes you can do USHIRO geri.
