ATL – PUJ Flight, Arrival & E-Ticket (April 2021)

This video shows our April 5th, 2021 Delta flight from Atlanta Airport to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic along with the arrival at the airport. This flight was one of the flights that occurred during the 2 days of Spring Break with Delta suspended their “blocked middle seats” policy due to a staff shortage that resulted in canceled flights. The extra capacity that these newly opened middle seats provided was an attempt by Delta to offset the flights that were canceled. Although this policy was permanently removed from all Delta flights on May 1, 2021, this early 2-day suspension of the policy during Spring Break was talked about a lot in the aviation world.
The required E-Ticket required to enter and exit the Dominican Republic is also detailed and explained in this video.
