Punta Cana Airport [Arrival]

You'll have to ride a shuttle from the plane to the main building. Once you pass immigration, you'll immediately see Duty free and you'll see that this airport is insanely unique. It's an open-air terminal with palm leaves in their roofs. Fun fact: it's the busiest airport in the Caribbean and it's the first privately owned airport in the world.

Pro tip: Make sure to arrive in comfortable clothes as it is very hot and humid!
