In this video I'll teach you how to stop repressing your emotions by giving you a very special technique that is almost never talked about.
Feeling your emotions can be really hard if you don't know how to do it. First, you have to admit to yourself that you are running away from your emotions by doing certain activities. But once you do that, you have to find a way to break the habit of pushing your emotions away.
Breaking the habit can be done by noticing that you are trying to push your emotions away and then setting the intention to feel them.
But how do you really feel them if you don't want to feel them?
You always hear people who say that you need to 'feel your emotions completely', but they never really tell you how to do that.. In this video I'll give you the most powerful technique to actually do that. I don't think there is any other way that could help you more with this. Doing this has healed me of my chronic pain, I hope it can benefit your life in a similar way.
