(poolish) you need to prepare it day before
-400ml water
-400gr. flour
-5gr. fresh yeast - if you use dry go with 2.5gr.
5gr. honey
PIZZA DOUGH REciPE
-Poolish
-180gr. flour
-15gr. salt
