LOVE, DATING & VALENTINE'S DAY FOR THE BROKENHEARTED (Part 2)

I made this episode with the brokenhearted in mind as this weekend of Valentine's Day can be particularly hard if you're alone or if you've just broken up... or even if you're with someone who is wrong for you and it doesn't feel like the romantic time to celebrate you feel it should. I chat about how approach dating when you're anxious, depressed or just a little scared of getting back in the dating scene at any age. I also discuss how I deal with anxiety and overwhelming emotions in general. I'm wishing you all the patience and serenity you need to recover from whoever hurt you and find either independence on your new solo path or a new lover when you feel ready.
