In this interview Mary Miller tells the story of the Delphi brake assembly operations in Ohio that were sold and scheduled to close in two years. They had to continue to produce high quality brakes during those last two years, knowing that they would all be losing their jobs. By applying servant leadership principles, they became the safest, most efficient, and most profitable they had ever been.
