It's time for a budget mini bike build! We build a shifter mini bike using a 110cc Chinese pit bike engine and a cheap Scat Cat vintage mini bike frame. The mini bike has a smoking engine, dry rotted tires, and slight running issues, but having a 4 speed mini bike is AWESOME!
