Our $500 2 Stroke Cross Kart is Plagued by Issues | Engine Rebuild, Revival + Rip!

Our 440cc snowmobile powered go kart blew out a crankshaft seal, and we have to rebuild the entire engine to replace it! This 2 stroke rebuild turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because we discovered a head gasket leak as we tore the engine apart, and we were able to inspect the condition of the engine. When we resealed the Kawasaki 440cc and reassembled it on the Murray Kilowatt, it ran WAY better! It idled better, ran smoother, and had more power.
