Rory Linkletter – NYC Half, London Marathon Prep Workout

Rory Linkletter is leveling up. The 26-year-old Canadian is getting ready to go up against some of the best marathoners and half marathoners in the world when he runs the NYC Half and London Marathon.

Since teaming up with Ryan Hall as his coach, Linkletter has seen improvement on the roads. He finished in the top 20 at the World Championships in 2:10:24 for the fifth-fastest performance by a Canadian. He was the second overall Canadian at the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon in 2:13:32 just 12 weeks later.

Linkletter is known for his positive attitude and dedication to training. He doesn't shy away from sharing on his journey. We tagged along with him for a 16-mile workout at marathon effort (starting at 4:55/mile pace) in San Diego.
