The outcry of women and the opportunity for men | Olusola Adebayo | TEDxIkeja

This is a talk that highlights the need for collaboration between male and female genders and the equal need to create balance. Olusola Adebayo is a brand management trainee at Orange Academy, Africa’s first practical school of Integrated Brand Experience and Idea Management. In conjunction with his group at Orange Academy, THEGREES, he constructed the idea of equal representation for men and women in the modern world.

THEGREES is an amalgamation of the finest minds in Orange Academy including Eyo, Mabel, Jessica, Iyanu, Ruka, Lucky, Dayo, Abiodun, Dayo & Triumph.
