how to: Microculture or Slide Culture | HARRI RHODES

This is a demonstration video on MICROCULTURE (HENRICHI/SLIDE CULTURE). This method allows rapid identification of fungi, with little to no disturbances.

Note that this should be done in a Biosafety Cabinet for precautionary measures. For video purposes, the fungal culture used here is not real. This was performed and submitted for my Mycology class.
