This is another school project I had for the first semester of my junior year as a medical technology student. Since I took the course Clinical Bacteriology, we were tasked to make a demonstration video on how to perform media preparation, sterilization and handling of equipments (aseptic opening and closing), transferring of sample (broth to broth, broth to plate), smear preparation (tubes and plates), and streaking techniques (tubes and plates; Multiple interrupted streak, Multiple overlap streak and Grid streak).
