B78 Hull Revolution: The Process at Bering

The hull of the B78 yacht has been turned at the company’s shipyard in Antalya, Türkiye. The building of this shallow draft explorer boat goes as scheduled. Soon this steel hull will be joined with the aluminum superstructure.

Succeeding the popular 70-feet models, B78 offers more space and comfort for the customers and the crew. Increased size allows not only for expanding the cabins and service areas but also for modification of the internal spaces as needed. Flexibility and customization potential represent the new Bering Yachts approach to design.

One of the most outstanding features of this boat is a reverse-raked bow, rare in boats of this size, which allows for a smoother, more stable ride. Just under 24 meters, B78 is 23.85 meters long and has a 6.52-meter beam. She has over 96 tons of displacement and can carry up to 6 guests and 2 crew members for over 3,000 nautical miles at the cruising speed of 8 knots. B78’s top speed is 10 knots, and a maximum draft of 1.45 meters will allow this boat to comfortably operate in shallow waters.

Safe, powerful, and stylish, this boat is scheduled to launch in 2024.
