1- North Brother Island, USA:
The Bronx in New York, Known for its Tragic Steamship burst and A Riverside Hospital for Deadly disease. Over one thousand people lost their lives when the General Slocum steamship caught fire near the island. It was the worst loss of life in New York’s history until September 11, 2001.
Later on, "Typhoid Mary" Mallon was Quarantined in Riverside hospital. As her disease was communicable and infected many in the City.
The hospital was reopened after the Second World War, but due to its disastrous history, the hospital was closed again in 1963 and is abandoned till now. The island is now among the places where humans are not allowed.
2- Bhangarh Fort in Rajasthan, India:
With its ominous history, this fort ranks first as the forbidden place in India, located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan state in India. Firstly, in the year 2000, the University of Hawaii noticed a Huge two-kilometer-long lava flow coming from the southwest side of Mawson’s Peak, which is active ever since.
