♦ Sims - Sims 2 - Sims 3 - Sims 4 : Dogs (Part 1)

Hello people! Don't know if you've noticed but I've changed this channels name. And welp, I'm back! Aaaand I'm pretty sure neither of you knew I was even gone knowing my horrible upload schedule but anyways!
This video contains basics like adoption, controls, needs and movement. Next video will probably be interactions, skills, tricks, making money, sickness in sims 4, losing them and death. Puppies will have a video of their own cause just by listing the things on part 2 I'm sure I'll have to cut some stuff and puppies deserve to be explored on their own.

I'm late as always with this video because I've been through the worst 3 months of my life and I just didn't feel like making anything and I'm pretty sure everyone's just used to pets by this point, there's been another stuff pack (laundry day?)and next week there's an adventure pack coming so either I was gone longer than I thought or EA's really doing business with packs lately. I think a little bit of both.

Anyways, tell me what you think so far, which one's your winner?

My opinion?

Sims 1: is really hard to take care of them, their needs drop low, you can only tell them where to go and you can barely see what they're doing so this is my least favorite of all. That being said I do appreciate the fact that it was such a solid base for the rest, it really shows how many things stayed the same just because they worked.

Sims 2: I really think they stepped it up with the behavior system here but I think I would've liked it more if just like sims they had wants and fears, they could've given them really quirky stuff to ask for like watching their master while they eat popcorn or something but ohhh well

Sims 3: I LOVE controlling pets, in my opinion all games should be like this! And yeah yeah, I know you can do it with cheats and mods but why do you think those exist? It's just SOO much easier this way and in the case of pets I do not like to take care of a cybernetic pet.....wait.....

Sims 4: I'm sure if you've read my opinion above you know I don't like the fact that you can't even see their needs it's something so basic, why would they do this? it's basically the same only instead of controlling the pet you control it through a simulated human being! That makes no sense! Ughh! I would've liked it better if they at least gave us the option but nope, good thing mods exist! And after seeing their actions it's a little underwhelming to be honest but as always I have to give it to them for the smooth animation and these are probably the prettiest pets in the sims series.
