MARC GP40wh-2 and the Buckingham Branch Railroad!! | Staunton VA 5/20/2021

So I went down to Staunton to chase the Shenandoah Valley Railroad train, but it sadly wasn't runnimg this day. I was able to catch the Buckingham Branch switching out the small rail yard and a CSX grain train blow by. The highlight of the day, however, was ex - MARC 57 sitting in the SVRR yard. The locomotive is being worked on by Precision Locomotive Works, who will lease the engine out once fully restored and operational. It is currently able to fire up and sat there idling with its red lights on as the crew worked on it.
