Who was the best leader of Russia in it's history? Is it Putin? Maybe Joseph Stalin? Or some ancient guy like Vladimir the Great. Have no fear, today I'll dot all the I's and cross all the T's!

Okay, so I'm going to make a Russian/Soviet Leader tier list based on the effectiveness of their leadership. Not based on "oh, but he was such a nice guy!". You can be a nice guy but be an utterly useless leader. Or you can be a monster and create a successful country (I'm looking at you Joseph). And I'm pretty sure many people will disagree with my opinion, but guess what, you can always make your own list, it's that easy. Here's the link btw
