What is a BACK BRIEF? Learn how to prevent communication errors.

Having a communication error is annoying… and sometimes even dangerous. So let’s take a look at a simple but very effective tool that the military and the special operations community use to ensure that the message given is the message received. It is called the back brief. In this video we will discuss what the back brief is, and then I’ll give you a military example, a business example, and then a family example.
