After appearing on I'm A Celebrity, the ex-health minister, aged 44, is set to return to screens later this year as a participant in Channel 4's Celebrity SAS.

In footage filmed last year, Matt Hancock can be seen dancing - topless - with fellow contestants Gareth Gates, Michelle Heaton, and Montana Brown by the pool in Vietnam.

TalkTV’s Kevin O’Sullivan says: “He’s not turning himself into a popular celebrity for technical reasons because a lot of people won’t forgive him for some of the horrors of the Covid crisis.”
