Mosaic West Coast IPA - Anvil Foundry with Jaded Scylla with Omega yeast - Star Party OYL-404

I want to see just how much a Thiolized version of a Chico strain yeast brings to the party of a West Coast IPA using Omega Yeast Star Party OYL404

Brewed a 5 gallon batch Mosaic West Coast IPA on an Anvil Foundry and chilled with a Jaded Scylla. Also used 8 ounces of Mosaic Hops with 3 oz in the boil and 5 oz in the dry hop

Pitched Omega Yeast OLY-404 Star Party yeast and fermented in the mid-60s F before ramping up to 68 F.

The experiment for allowing the mash to start at 80 F and raise to 150 F was voided due to the 2 E3 errors I got during the mash. I'll have to run this one with another hoppy IPA.

Mosaic West Coast IPA
Recipe - 5 Gallon (18.93 Liters) - 45 minute boil (IBU Goal was 55 with a final ABV between 6.1 to 6.4%)
(Recommended) 75 minutes mash at 150 F (65.56 C) - 10 minutes at 168 F (75.56 C)
Boil for 45 Minutes
9 lbs (4.08 Kg) Pale Malt 2-Row (Rahr)
12 oz (340.20 g) BlackSwaen Honey Biscuit
4 oz (113.40 g) Acid Malt
4 oz (113.40 g) CaraPils/Dextrine
20 Minute addition:
0.95 oz (27 g) Warrior 14.2% (28.3 IBU)
Last 5 minutes:
4 oz (113.40 g) Corn Sugar
3 oz (85.05 g) Mosaic 12.2% (25.3 IBU)
1/2 Whirlfloc tablet
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Yeast Nutrient
Once cooled to 68 F (20c)
Pitch Star Party Yeast from Omega Yeast
Dry hop:
5 oz (141.75 g) Mosaic Hops

I fermented at 64 F (18 C)for 5 days
Ramped up to 68 F (20 C) for the 6th day and dropped the dry hops
Looking to dry hop for 4 days. (3 to 5 recommended).
