- 2.5 lb Chuck Roast
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Onion, Diced or Sliced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1.5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
