Although, toppings aren’t necessary with The Works blend, this Signature Burger tastes like a familiar favorite with an extra punch of flavor that’ll have you saying, “move over, golden arches!”🍔🔥
You’ll need:
1 ½ LB – Ground Beef
2 TB – The Works Burger Blend
4 – Double Decker Sesame Seeded Burger Buns
16 Slice – American Cheese
2 Cup – Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
½ Cup – Onion, Small Dice
24 – Dill Pickle Chips
THE WORKS SAUCE
¾ Cup – Mayo
2 TB – Bier Hall Bavarian Ale Mustard
¼ Cup – Ketchup
3 TB – Dice Pickle
1 TB – The Works Burger Blend
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
2. Portion the ground beef into 16 meatballs, 1 ½ oz each.
3. Make the Works sauce by combining the listed ingredients and mixing well.
4. Place a meatball on the griddle and press with a heavy-duty spatula or burger press until it is ¼” thick.
5. Season generously with The Works Burger Blend.
6. Once the burger is caramelized, flip and top with a slice of American cheese. Repeat with the remaining patties.
7. Toast the burger buns and then build.
8. Spread 1 ½ TB of the Works sauce on the bottom bun and then add lettuce pickles and onion. Place 2 burger patties on the vegetables.
9. Place the middle bun on top of the burger and then repeat the same ingredients again.
10. Replace the top bun. Repeat with the other burgers and serve.
11. Enjoy!
