Easy TIRAMISU Recipe | How To Make TIRAMISU | No Egg Recipe

Today I am making an easy decadent tiramisu that is egg allergy friendly. This dessert is great for parties and special occasions.

INGREDIENTS
16 oz Mascarpone cheese (452 g)
3.4 oz (96 g) pkg of instant vanilla pudding
16 oz (500 mL) whole milk
16 oz (500 mL) heavy cream
16 oz (500 mL) hot water
3 Tbsp instant espresso powder
2 Tbsp coffee liqueur
40 lady fingers
1/4 cup (28 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
9 x 13 baking dish

- Combine hot water, instant espresso powder and coffee liqueur
- In a large bowl combine milk and instant vanilla pudding mix
-Mix until pudding thickens
-Next add Mascarpone cheese to pudding and combine well
-In a separate bowl mix heavy cream until stiff peaks form
-Gently fold in cream in to pudding Mascarpone mixture until combined
-Dip each lady finger into the espresso mixture and layer on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
-Then add half of the vanilla mascarpone cream mixture
-Repeat the layering process once more
-Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours
-Over night for best results
-After setting in the refrigerator, uncover and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder then serve
