Behind the scenes with Etched with Vinyl

Ever wondered what all goes into making a handmade item and why artists/crafters charge the prices they do? Take a look behind the scenes with Etched with Vinyl! This video shows one of the many methods I use for sign making. From start to finish, including design time spent on the computer, this simple sign took about 3 hours to make(not counting dry time for paint & stain). You might think that's not that long, but add the time spent using gas to go buy supplies, plus the cost of the supplies, and it really starts to add up. And the more detailed the sign, the more time it takes to create. When you buy handmade you are buying the time, talent, heart & soul of the creator. You're also helping this person pay their bills and other needs for their family. "You can't buy love, but you can buy handmade, and that's pretty much the same thing!" ❤️ Hope you guys enjoy the video! Thank you to each and every one of you who have supported me along the way. (and I wish I had capitalized "He" on the sign! I didn't even think about it till I was all done! haha)
