Ube Cheese Pandesal
Ingredients
-Water roux (Tanzhong)
3 Tbsp All purpose flour
1/4 cup water
-Dough
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbsp Instant dry yeast
1 Tbsp White sugar
1/2 cup Warm Milk
2 Tbsp Ube flavoring, I used bakerfield
3 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup White sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp Cold butter
1 bar Melted Cheese
Breadcrumbs for coating
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 17 minutes
-Manual kneading 30 to 35 minutes
-Mixer medium speed 15 minutes
-DO THE WINDOW PANE TEST
