Goodman Central AC Condenser Needs Maintenance & How to Test Dual Capacitor With System Running

First time servicing this clients AC equipment - and it's clear the condenser hasn't had any maintenance - ever! Goodman condensers are the WORST systems to take apart for a good coil cleaning - those panels refuse to cooperate!
