US restaurants forced to get creative to survive lockdown

Restaurants are struggling to survive in many countries because coronavirus lockdowns mean eating out is off the menu.
In the United States, it is estimated 200,000 restaurants may not open their doors again.
Restaurant owners are being forced to get creative to meet the changed eating habits of customers.
