Selection from 35 Fairmont teas, classic blueberry scones served with mascarpone cream and strawberry jam, sandwiches: roasted yellow beet, smoked salmon, crab salad, cucumber, gougere au fromage, roasted mushroom, desserts: coffee, hazelnut and blueberry choux, black current and poppy seed tartlet with lemon meringue, sponge cake (a selection of earl grey, coconut and chocolate) and pistachio macaroons with apricot and lemongrass gel.
