Makes 2 loaves Prep 20 minutes + rising and baking time
2 pkgs. Active dry yeast
2 c. warm water (110 - 115 f)
½ c. sugar
2 t. salt
2 large eggs (room temp.)

3. Punch down dough. Divide in half and shape into loaves. Place in 9 x 5” loaf pans. Cover with a kitchen towel, let rise in a warm place until doubles, about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Bake until golden brown, 25 – 30 minutes. Remove from pans to a wire rack to cool.
