Nathan Bogucki -- Hydrocephalus Patient

He came in to the world two-and-a-half months early. Ever since, the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center has been there for Queensbury resident Nathan Bogucki, who is now 7. After his birth, while Nathan was a patient in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), his mother, Tara Bogucki, learned that her son had developed a neurological condition known as hydrocephalus – an accumulation of fluid in the brain. Nathan would soon become a patient in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) when he underwent surgery. Learn more at http://www.amc.edu
