There are less and less pumpkins available in the market and also the Christmas season with its recipes is taking over. RECIPE:

1 big onion or two small onions
80g risotto rice
300ml vegetable stock
rosemary
1/2 of a small pumpkin (hokkaido)
100ml white wine
parmesan
fresh cranberries
