*Ingredients
350g (2.23 cups) Bread flour/plain flour
4g (1/2 tbsp.) Instant yeast
50g (4 tbsp.) Sugar
260g (1.13 cups) Coconut milk
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt

170°C (340°F) bake for 22 minutes

Baking suggestions.
1. Because coconut milk contains fat, so there is no butter or other cooking oil needed
2. the weight of the dough is about 667g, divided into 9 parts, each part of the small dough is about 74g
3. The baking pan is 8 inches (20cm), covered with baking paper or greased with cooking oil.
