📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
4 Egg yolk
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
30g (1/4 cup) Cornstarch
5ml (1 tsp) Vanilla extract
500ml (2 cups) Milk
3-4 Eggs
90ml (6 tbsp) Milk
90ml (6 tbsp) Water
75g (5 tbsp) Unsalted butter
a pinch of salt
120g (0.8 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
Egg wash
Almond slices
150g (10 tbsp) Unsalted butter
Powdered sugar

180°C (355°F) bake for 40 minutes

📢 Important tips
1. You can use two eggs instead of the four egg yolks.
2. Fry the dough for about 1-2 minutes on medium heat, a white layer at the bottom of the pan means it is done.
3. You will need about 3-4 eggs for the batter, depending on the state of the batter, and lifting it into an inverted triangle.
4. After baking the puffs, you can leave it in the oven for 10 minutes to avoid collapsing without drying it out.
