How to Make Pizza Sauce - 3 Ways

CLASSIC NEAPOLITAN
peeled San Marzano tomato
pinch salt (to taste)

SUN DRIED TOMATO & GARLIC
peeled plum tomato
1tbsp sauce
sun dried tomato
1tbsp tomato puree
1/3 garlic clove
basil
1/2 tsp jalapeno brine
pinch oregano
pinch salt

TOMATO & CHILLI
peeled plum tomato
1tbsp tomato puree
1tbsp red onion
1/3 garlic clove
fresh chilli (to taste)
chilli flakes (to taste)
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch oregano
pinch salt
