Chilli Oil Recipe - For Pizza

A simple yet delicious recipe for creating fantastic chilli oil to drizzle on top of your favourite foods!

[INGREDIENTS]
- Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- Dried Red Chilli
- Chilli Flakes
- Rosemary
- Black Peppercorns
- Mustard Seeds

[METHOD]
-01. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently until it bubbles.
-02. Remove the chilli and rosemary, saving the chilli.
-03. Add fresh rosemary into a sterilized bottle plus the cooked chilli.
-04. Add in the remaining oil mixture.
-05. Drizzle over delicious pizza!
