Sunak Lies About Releasing Abusers Early

At PMQs today, Rishi Sunak twice said that prisoners at risk to the public are not being released early. But when Keir Starmer pointed out that an inspectors' report said they were, he had to change his tune slightly. But, even then, Sunak still won't commit to stop child and domestic abusers from leaving prison early.
