Cost of Living Measure to be Updated

Exciting statistics news! No, really ... come back. With the very worrying increases in the cost of living around these parts, there will be a lot of focus on inflation. But is a single measure of inflation really all that useful? If people's incomes do not all rise at the same rate, why should we just have a single measure of inflation? Well, thanks to the work of Jack Monroe, the Office for National Statistics have agreed that several measures, for different circumstances, would make more sense and have plans to implement this new policy.
